When will my order ship?
Once we do the processing stuff, your package will ship the next Monday and arrive in 2-3 days. We only ship at the beginning of the week to prevent weekend delays and guarantee maximum freshness. 🙂
How is the product shipped?
We ship the product with plenty of insulation and cooling gel packs to ensure the product arrives chilled.
How to store the product?
If your meats arrive frozen, you can immediately put them in the freezer. Keep them frozen up to 6 months after arrival.If they arrive thawed, keep them refrigerated and use them by the expiration date as indicated on the packaging. We do not recommend refreezing them as it might affect the flavour and texture.
