How is the product shipped?
We ship the product with plenty of insulation and cooling gel packs to ensure the product arrives chilled.
How to store the product?
Once thawed, keep Marbles’ meats refrigerated at +4°C — +8°C and use within 3 days of opening. If left unopened in the refrigerator, the Thick-cut Filet can be stored for 18 days, and the Whole-cut Loin and Bone-in ribs can be stored for 21 days (or by the “best before” date, whichever comes first). If your meats are thawed and you want to save them for later, you can store them in the freezer and use within 3 months.
