Do you wish to deploy fancy steak dinners in minutes? Go with the filet. Want ultimate versatility and to feed a lot of people? The Loin is your champion. Need to unshackle yourself from civilized society? Bone-in Ribs shall set you free.

The Loin and the Filet have the same texture and flavour. The Loin is simply bigger and allows you to create different cuts of meat (chunks, slices, flank steaks, etc).

Nope. We use a simple process involving a pinch of Newtonian physics, some beet juice, and a dash of intellectual property that giant giga-corporations would just looove to get their hands on. Hence the cryptic nature of this answer. But no, not 3D printed.

Yes.

No, however, they adhere to the European Union's strict standards, which require adherence to regulations regarding pesticide use and food safety. While our products may not be certified organic, they comply with these regulations to ensure consumer safety and quality. Additionally, they undergo thorough testing and inspection to meet the standards set forth by European food legislation, providing consumers with confidence in the integrity of our products.

I can’t imagine a cooler phrase to use at parties than “Yeah, I’m certifiably Kosher.” But, unfortunately, we can’t use that phrase because we are not kosher (yet).

We don't use gluten in our products or in our production. BUT since we don't test every batch for small traces of gluten, they are not certified gluten-free.

  • Whole-cut loin—Unopened and stored in the fridge: 21 days. Unopened and stored in the freezer: 3 months
  • Thick-cut filet: Unopened and stored in the fridge: 18 days. Unopened and stored in the freezer: 3 months.
  • Bone-in ribs: Unopened and stored in the fridge: 21 days. Unopened and stored in the freezer: 3 months.
  • *Once opened: All of our products should eaten within three days.

If your meats are thawed, keep them refrigerated at +4°C —+8°C.
Even if the products arrived chilled, you can store them in the freezer and use them within 3 months.

Unfortunately, our products require cold storage and express delivery, which is expensive. Additionally, shipping small quantities of frozen goods to individuals is much more costly than shipping large quantities to retailers. Therefore, our goal is to reach as many retailers as possible in order to lower our prices.

Although we may appear to be a big, buff, international meat conglomerate, we are still a relatively small outfit. This means we don’t benefit from the same economies of scale huge companies do. That said, we are bent on world domination, and the more we scale, the more we will continue dropping prices.

Our products are usually restocked within a few weeks. Please sign up to either one of our ‘Notify Me’ lists on the product pages or to our Juicy Newsletter to be notified when products come back in stock.

'Natural flavors' is just an umbrella-term for vegetable-derived flavorings. A glorified spice mix, if you will, that helps us create a meaty flavor profile. The reason we don't disclose exactly which flavors we use is the same reason you don't go around telling every Joe-Shmoe your great-grandmother's recipe for the perfect fruit jello…tis a secret.
However, if you're concerned you may have an allergy to our ingredients, please email us at support.eu@juicymarbles.com

Carrageenan is a plant-based gelatin, derived from seaweed (’Carageen Moss’, if you wanna impress your friends). It accounts for less than 1% of our recipe, but helps give our meats that satisfying ‘bite,’ that ‘jeu ne se quoi’ we all know and love. Food-grade carrageenan has been independently evaluated by the Joint FAO*/WHO** Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA), who place it in the most favorable category in terms of daily intake limits.
Carrageenan is approved by EFSA (followed by a new evaluation in 2018), and the FDA confirmed it as GRAS (generally recognized as safe). Both of the mentioned organizations did a thorough review of carrageenan based on numerous articles. We acknowledge that some consumers are skeptical about carrageenan, but our research team made an overview of scientific research and concluded that the concentration used in our product is safe. The concentration of carrageenan in our products is a little less than 1%. ll of the ingredients we use serve a specific technological function within the product and are there for a reason; the type of carrageenan we use in our products is kappa-carrageenan, which is refined- that means cleaned of other components and has all of the texture functionalities and is why it is used in many food products, from deserts, cooking creams, meat products, and sauces,... Carrageenan's function and origin are quite similar to agar-agar, but it has better texture characteristics (think of it as algae gelatine).
Our research team is composed of food technologists, nutritionists, biochemists, and biotechnologists who can create this product with consumer health in mind. We are continuously working on researching alternative ingredients.

This poor legume has been slandered, dragged through mud, tarred, feathered, and kicked in its little balls. So, allow us to clear the air. Soy has been a staple in the diets of half the world’s population for thousands of years. It’s a fantastic source of protein, contains a complete amino acid profile, and is packed with beneficial micronutrients. Oxford University studies* found only about 7% of soy crops go toward feeding humans directly (e.g. tofu & Juicy Marbles). A whopping 76% goes to livestock and the remaining 17% to soybean oil & industry. So, if sourced thoughtfully, soy poses no unique threat to the rainforests (we use non-GMO soy from Europe). And man-tiddies? Well, that part is actually 100% true. I love mine. You wouldn’t believe the doors these puppies open up.

All our meats contain soy. Bone-In Ribs contain sulphur dioxide and sulphites. However, if you’re one of those folks who got stuck with a WTF? kind of allergy that leaves waiters scratching their heads...first of all, we feel your pain (seriously, allergies suck), and secondly, you’d better check our full list of ingredients on any of our product pages.

In general, you can cook Marbles’ meats just as you would cook conventional meats. But one notable difference is that our meats are not as sensitive to different cook-times (i.e. easier to prepare!). So feel free to experiment with different cooking methods, and let us know how it goes. Even we do not know all that Marbles are capable of 🧙‍♂️
But, if you’d like some inspiration, check out our Operating Manual, Instagram, and Recipes.

Simplest methods for prepping the Marbles:

For the Thick-Cut Filet and Whole-Cut Loin:

  • Cut into your desired shaped (filet, slices, chunks, etc…)
  • Lightly season or marinade
  • Pan fry in oil on medium heat. Turn on all sides until a beautiful crust develops.
  • Bon appetit!

For Baby Ribs
  • Baste or spice with your sauce or seasoning of choice.
  • Bake at 200C/400F on the fan setting for 15-20 minutes.
  • Detach from reality for a brief, delicious moment
*Defrost the product in the refrigerator, cook to an internal temperature of 74°C/165F.

Yes, for best results, we recommend defrosting.

After cooking, promptly refrigerate any leftover meat. You can store it in the fridge for up to 2 days, and make sure to reheat to at least 74°C before eating.

Once the packaging is open, we do not recommend you refreeze the product. Our storage guidelines do not apply once product is taken out of the packaging. But it’s up to you.

If your meat is sticking to the pan, try using a non-stick pan or add a bit more oil before cooking. When flipping, make sure the crust is formed before you flip. OR alternatively, flip the meat frequently to avoid sticking.

If the product is bloated or the primary packaging (the plastic) is damaged, reach out to support (support.eu@juicymarbles.com) and please provide pictures. If only the box is damaged (not the plastic), it is unfortunately due to poor handling during shipping, but the product is totally safe to consume. We’re always working with our shipping partners to minimize these situations.

If the product arrives partially or completely thawed but cold to the touch, you can still store it in the fridge or freezer.
