In 2023, we released the world’s first plant-based ribs with bones. Thousands of you praised and/or spanked us with your comments. But the prevailing sentiment was clear: you wanted a recipe with no thickeners or binders, more essential micronutrients, and the same signature Juicy™️ tenderness. Brethren and sistren, we give you: Baby Ribs! A compact, updated version of our succulent Bone-In Ribs—made with the cleanest, most nutrient-dense recipe to ever leave the Surreal Kitchen.

Eat well, my friends.

Will Marble 3.0 be used in other JM products?

Yes! We plan to migrate our whole portfolio to the new recipe by the end of 2024.

Will ‘Baby Ribs’ replace ‘Bone-In Ribs’?

Yes. We know. It’s sad. Letting go is never easy. We loved that crazy, sloppy, succulent bastard as much as you did.

Are the bones edible?

You bet. Our bones are made of pure, pristine plant-protein that’s 100% edible. However, you’ll want fry them in oil before eating them for the best experience. Otherwise, give them to your K9 companion or bury them ritualistically in the soil of your dying house plants.

We ship the product with plenty of insulation and cooling gel packs to ensure the product arrives chilled.

How to store the product?

Once thawed, keep Marbles’ meats refrigerated at +4°C — +8°C and use within 3 days of opening. If left unopened in the refrigerator, the Thick-cut Filet and Bone-in ribs can be stored for 14 days and the Whole-cut Loin can be stored for 21 days (or by the “best before” date, whichever comes first). If your meats arrive thawed and you want to save them for later, you can store them in the freezer and use them within 3 months.

PLUS, ONE...SMALL ADJUSTMENT

Baby Ribs weigh in at a more compact 350g. This creates the perfect ‘bone-to-flesh’ ratio, ensuring meat both sticks to the bone and tears away in luscious, juicy chunks.

FALL-OFF-THE-BONE TENDER IN MINUTES. NOT HOURS

Making gourmet-style pork ribs requires saint-like patience and a high tolerance for failure. But Baby Ribs can be ready in just 15-20 minutes and always come out fork-tender.

UNBELIEVABLE TEXTURE

With so much surface to caramelize, Baby Ribs deliver that perfect ratio of crispy, melt-in-your mouth crust and tender, juicy meat.

UNSEASONED FOR MAXIMUM VERSATILITY

Baby Ribs have a meaty, umami-rich flavor, without added spices that could compromise your culinary vision. Think of it like a protein canvas on which to paint your most succulent fantasies.
