At last! The latest fruit meat of our labour: plant-based ribs…with edible bones. Yes, these vessels of pleasure may be the most succulent chapter in Marbles’ “meatology” to date. So succulent, we struggled to describe them...Desperate, we turned to our coding queen, Tash, to help us sum up what the very epitome of soul food meant to her. Unfazed, she said, “I can tell you exactly what it means...It is rich, filling. But not, like, in a gross way. It makes you feel warm and cosy. Like it was made by someone who loves you...” Damn, Tash, that's pretty good. And edible bones? Well, they may offend some, but let’s not take things too seriously. Bones invite you to eat with your hands, tear off succulent chunks of meat, and share that indulgence with the whole table. And that’s just fun. Remember fun? Nah, me neither...Bon appetit!

UNF*CKINGBELIEVABLE TEXTURE
A journalist once called our steaks “unf*ckingbelievable.” Forgive us, but we think Bone-In Ribs may be unf*ckingbelieveable-er…With so much surface to caramelize and rich fat throughout, every bite delivers that perfect combo of crispy, melt-in-your mouth crust and tender, juicy meat.
NOT YOUR EVERYDAY
BONE STRUCTURE
The bones are made out of nutritious plant-protein, meaning they can also be eaten. For a crispy snack with more protein than jerky, you can fry, bake or air-fry them. You can also bury them ritualistically in the soil of your starving home plants or give your dawg something to chew on.
SKIP THE BULLS#*T
Bid farewell to the days of peeling off membranes, marinading overnight, then staring longingly through your oven door until your ribs finally become edible...Marbles’ ribs can be ready in about 15 minutes. Just add your spice or sauce of choice, cook until crispy, and feast with the people you love.
