Delivery FAQ

When do you ship? 

Orders placed from Monday through Wednesday, will be shipped on the following Monday. 

Orders placed from Thursday through Sunday, will be shipped on the following Wednesday.

Packages typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to: Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg,  Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia.

I need to change my delivery address.

Please reach out to support.eu@juicymarbles.com and provide the correct address.

*However, since we try to dispatch orders as soon as possible, there is always a possibility that the address can not be updated before your package ships.

How do you ship?

We ship our products frozen, wrapped in recycled insulating material and ice packs to keep them chilled for as long as possible. Please note that we don’t guarantee the products will arrive frozen. However, we use express delivery service so the products will reach you at refrigerator temperature.

Is the shipping and packaging material recyclable?

Insulation material is recyclable as it is made out of recycled paper. Ice packs: not recyclable.
