Thank you for shopping at Juicy Marbles.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
We ship our steaks frozen with ice packs and insolation inside the packaging. When they reach you, they will either be frozen or about refrigerator temperature.
After we process your order, it will ship the following Monday or Wednesday and arrive 1-3 days later. We only ship at the beginning of the week to prevent weekend delays and guarantee maximum freshness :)
Interpretation and Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Formidable Foods, Inc.
- “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- “Service” refers to the Website.
- “Website” refers to shop.juicymarbles.com accessible from juicymarbles.com
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Return and Refunds Rights
- We do not accept returns of goods since food safety laws prevent us from receiving temperature-controlled food, like our goods, that has already been distributed.
- Requests are considered on a case by case basis. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If You paid via bank transfer You need to give this information to Customer Service when You request the refund so that we can refund the money directly to Your account.

Your Cancellation Rights and Order Changes
- We cannot make product changes or cancel Your order after You have completed the order. We do not offer a money back guarantee. If You need to correct or update Your delivery address or make changes to Your delivery date, please contact us as soon as You can at marbles@juicymarbles.com. Due to the processing time and other relevant circumstances, we cannot guarantee that Your change will be made. We are not responsible for any product that is delivered unsafe to eat or thawed, if You negotiated the delivery date or shipping address directly with the shipping courier.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to (a) Products availability, (b) Errors in the description or prices for Products, (c) Errors in Your Order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
