Meet the original Marbles filet. The 'aromatic, meaty medallion' that made plant-based steak a thing. Lush marbling turns every bite into a velvety slip n' slide of buttery mouthfeel. Rapidly-forming crust locks in flavor, ensuring a pleasant outer crisp while the center stays supple and juicy. And let's not forget the impressive array of macro and micro nutrients that secured this little vessel of pleasure a Nutriscore of A.

The Manual
Juicy Marbles may be the best thing to happen to the increasingly cramped category since Beyond meat.
Mens Health
A plant-based filet mignon so tender, so flavorful, and so similar in appearance and texture that you’ll fool yourself into eating a high-end cut for a whole lot less.
The Verge
To my tongue, it very much tastes like beef.

The Pinnacle of Tenderness
The experience is exquisite. The texture is firm, yet velvety. As juicy chunks softly tear away, one may begin to question reality. One may describe it as succulent, luscious, or outrageous even.
Lush Marbling, Prime Flavor
‘Intramuscular’ fat akin to prime grade cuts keeps the meat moist during cooking, ensuring a juicy steak full of deeply permeating flavours and aromas.
That Golden Brown Crust
Marbles' meats develop a rich crust, giving you that signature crisp, while the center stays soft and velvety.
Full disclosure: I'm an omnivore so, yes, I'm comparing it to the real thing. But I also eat plenty of and appreciate the fake meats.
Upon removal from the packaging, it has the same smell like some of its competitors (think Beyond burgers), just not quite as prominent. I prepared my Juicy Marbles filet much like a real filet: I gave it a good salting with Pink Himalayan sea salt, heated a pan with some safflower oil and then seared the steak on all sides, while tossing in small knobs of vegan booter and rubbing rosemary on it while I went. The result was a very nice crust without any worry about "overcooking" the steak.
As has been mentioned in other reviews, the texture is NOT that of a filet mignon really but more of a pulled pork or a beef brisket: it pulls apart in that way, sort of like a more solid jackfruit. I initially noticed this during the cooking process, as it wanted to come apart a little when I was a little too aggressive with it.
As far as taste goes, this stuff is pretty good. As a standalone steak, I don't think you'd fool anyone, but if you turned this into a pulled meat sandwich or a taco, you just might. I had no problem plowing through the half dozen I purchased in short order.
(bad photo, my camera is bad) damn this thing is Hella good. I'm a vegetarian all my life my mom most her life, when she saw and tasted the steak, she asked me to check if it was real meat. Best fake I've ever had.
I was fully expecting to have wasted my money like so many other vegan 'steak' products but I'm absolutely delighted. I will be getting more - well done and thank you!!!
I promise, next time I will take a photo! 🤣 Absolutely the best vegan meat I have had! Going on my 3 order. My brother in law loves it too. The cast iron pan and good quality vegan butter make it perfecto!

UNBELIEVABLE! These steaks are absolutely addictive, I made these for my entire family (vegetarian and meat eaters) and they all absolutely loved it! It even convinced my vegetarian-hating grandma for the first time! Definitely would recommend 100% they are so delicious I crave them all the time😫❤️
This is by far the best vegan steak on the market I've tried. The texture and taste is ah-mazing. I love that it's not pre-seasoned. It must be seasoned to your liking. From filets to oxtail to birria taco meat....this is awesome and stands alone.

Soooooo delicious <3 we love the steak from juicy marbles. It’s kind of a splurge, yes. However, with my being vegetarian for almost 10 years now and my sister recently following suit, it’s been phenomenal to recreate that fancy night in steak and wine kind of vibe. Our cat even ate it over the chicken we bought him!!!
The steaks are delicious and have incredible texture. A lot of vegetarian/vegan meat substitutes are terrible to cook with because they fall apart or turn into mush when you do anything but bake or pan fry it whole. Not so with these Marbles! They are impressively meaty and I will definitely get these to cook with again, I'd love to try and make a pie filling with it!
Yay, crust baby! Tried my first fillet today. I am a life time beef consumer. I particularly favor a stand alone cut of beef. This Juicy Marbles filet was very satisfying. I seasoned it as I would any filet or cut of beef. Pan sear and finish in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes. This did not disappoint. Thank you for providing me an avenue to reduce my beef consumption. My cow friends have forgiven me my past behavior.

Wow, just wow been vegan for over 14 years and this was an amazingly plant based dish, followed The cooking instructions and added a knob of butter at the end and it was so tasty. Highly recommended 👍🏻
Absolutely delicious, my parents said it tasted just like real meat aswell. Will definitely be buying more and this will be a hit when we have guests over! Loved it!
My wife and I love these filets. Tonight we had them with a chermoula spread and thought they worked great together. This is the first time having the chermoula, and will be serving it with the filets when we have guests over for dinner.

Oh my goodness 👌 We had steak night first time in years and these are perfect. Taste amazing and cruelty free I am genuinely so happy to have found these.
I’ve been plant-based for approximately seven years, this is the closest I’ve have experience to real meat. I will definitely be buying more. It’s hard to find your product in Canada, I hope you expand your business here.
I tried these for the first time treated them exactly like I would a steak, my husband is still a meat eater and he loved them….served with my steak sauce it was honestly amazing ….being a vegetarian I miss the type of meals I used to eat not the meat at all but this enables me to enjoy a steak dinner just as I used to…10/10 🫶
I did a side by side blind comparison. Cooked the same. The texture was almost indecernable. How that could be achieved with plant protein is baffling. The taste was not bad just obviously not meat and if you did not know what meat tastes like it would be pretty good. The smell of it cooking was not pleasant but could have been covered up with other herbs and spices. The price is obviously very expensive and will probably prohibit expansion into carnivore life. Overall a very good alternative and a awesome leap in food production.

Tastes and looks like meat, but more like brisket meat than steak. It really looks like brisket meat on the inside too, the way the meat shreds once you cut into it. I cooked it like steak on a pan and also cooked it in soup, like shredded chicken. I preferred the soup recipe and looking forward to trying more recipes. Would get this again for sure!

Juicy is not a scripture I would use for this, however, it had meat texture, which was wonderful, I didn’t use any seasoning on this very first attempt, because I wanted to see it naked. Will experiment with seasonings and sauces as we go forward, and I will attempt other methods of cooking it, then this medium heat and a covered frying pan with olive oil moving forward. Keep up the good work, and I hope for improvements going forward both In products and In shipping and In pricing. Sincerely, Mike Newman.

Incredible! These are soooo good! Perfect for a nice dinner at home! Gives you all the flavor and feels of a meat filet without that heavy gross feeling after. Loved them!
Delicious! I am an avid steak eater but would easily switch to this filet. Taste great, easy to prepare and don't have to worry about contamination or feeling sluggish after. YUM!

It was very surprisingly great! Texture and taste were amazing. Of course it is better cooked crumpled and seasoned with no-salt and pepper. Gotta keep your sodium down👍🏿😂
It is the third time I order. I absolutely love it. Have tried it with different sauces, potatoes and vegetables. It is really amazing. This time we ordered it for our reunion of “vegans from Màlaga” (Spain). Everybody loved them 💚
We wrapped four of the steaks in Thrilling Foods Bakon and cooked them for 10 minutes at 400° in our air fryer. We served with garlic mashed potatoes and baked asparagus. We loved the meal, even our house guests who are not vegan, loved the flavor, the tenderness, and the texture in the mouth. Already ordered some more!
